It’s here, it’s REALLY here!!

There are actually buds on the trees on the trail by my home! And look, … scroll down and look at the pics of Marlie holding the parasol–there are GREEN plants growing behind her. I have never missed a color more, and I have never been more excited for this wonderful season of spring to begin. And what better excuse than that to whisk my favorite girl away for some pics?! Okay, okay…so she needed a denim jacket (and really I never need a reason for pics)–but we’re close. So close….and that’s all that matters to me!

Hoping to take the kids out for Easter pics this weekend. We’ll see. Jackson has the most adorable patch madras pants that remind me so much of my dad. Sigh. Speaking of–his birthday was last Saturday. Love and miss you dad. Wish you were here to see me on this new adventure! I’m lovin’ it.

I just can’t believe that little miss “e” is 6 months old already! It seems like just yesterday I was taking her newborn pictures! She was an absolute dream to photograph–so cute and super pleasant. I love the last shot here with her toes iammed in her mouth…so adorable. It was either that or the hem of her dress in there! She’s soooo 6 months!

I had a great time spending the morning with her….

Wow! What a long, but fun day of photographing the cutest kids (and best dressed kids) around town. Heard of Tiny Toes? I am sure you have. It’s an adorable baby and children’s boutique in town. We had in store mini sessions yesterday, all day. I had such a great time, and I can’t wait to start editing all these gorgeous babies and children…but for now I will just leave you with one.

Sweet sisters. I love the looks of pure joy and love on their faces. So adorable. Definitely a great shot.

First things first–I’m outside for a session!!!! YAHOO!!

Now, can I just say how much I love 4 year old girls?? They are just a hoot! Maybe it’s because I live with one (well, almost–5 more months to go), but I feel so at HOME with them. Just mention the princesses and you are golden!!

Newly 4 year old Miss “A” was full of spunk, a little sass, and pure 4 year old “wonderfullness!!” Old enough to stand still and pose, but young enough to not be aware of the camera so much that it makes her uncomfortable! It’s simply perfect.

I have to give this little gal credit–it was still cold today. Granted, by noon it might hit (gasp) 50 degrees–but it was pretty chilly at 8:45 am. She was such a trooper and did a super job for her mini session.

Thanks for meeting up with me today…..I had a blast!
