Oh, this little boy will be surrounded by boundless love! With two beautiful big sisters already eager to hold him and kiss him…how could he not be?

It was so nice to have a break for the holidays, but it was nice to get back on the saddle with such a gorgeous group of kiddos. Sweet little Carter rocked it for his photo session, snoozing away….only stirring once to snack and show us his sweet little “wide awake face.”

I had such a nice time with his Mama, and meeting his two spunky big sisters before they ventured off for playdates and naps.

The holidays are upon us, and I was lucky enough to spend a morning this weekend with sweet little Ashlynn. It is her first Christmas, and her parents are just smitten!

It always makes me so happy to walk into a clients home and see pictures all over the walls of their memories. This family definitely values photographs much the same way I do…and who wouldn’t love photos of this sweet face?

Ahhh…the first grandchild. Always special, and such a blessing (especially around this time of year when people seem to be counting theirs often as it is). This sweet little doll had me wrapped around her finger right away with that aodrable head of hair and timy bow shaped lips. Yes, she’s the first on both sides. Of course they are smitten!

It was a nice change to have a newborn after sucha crazy few weeks. These shoots are so much more relaxing (well, usually) than a standard shoot. We’re inside, I get to know the parents, the baby sleeps (we hope)…. we have time. Little N napped through out most of the session, it seemed the thing that soothed her the most was her Mama’s voice. Gotta love that. She heard it for nine long months, why should that change?

Anyway, enjoy her cute sneak peek. It was fun getting to know you guys, and congrats on your precious holiday bundle.

How, oh HOW did this blessed sweet little baby boy get left so far behind on my blog? All the orders, designs, cards…my head is spinning. Baby H didn’t deserve this long wait!

Got a new hat…a sock monkey. H definitely did it justice! I love it.
Wish I had more time to blog, but tis the season I suppose.
