Lindsay Parks Photography » welcome

So I met up with this simply adorable gal again…and I got some smiles!!

My favorite part of today’s session was taking a snack break with Mom and little “G,” and hearing her talk. She says “yesh” for yes, and it just melted my heart. SO cute!! It’s so great being able to meet and chat with other Moms, and trade stories about our little ones….and then I have the awesome job of capturing them in a picture. I love doing this!! I am so blessed.

Enough said! 🙂

Enjoy! Have fun at the beach guys!

In this next one she’s in Mommy’s arms and just as happy as can be. That is her favorite place to be!

These two were absolutley precious, and super good! Yes, sisters again. Sadly, I don’t have a sister, and my daughter **probably** won’t…but it seems like such a special bond. I am a bit envious, and I love capturing this for Moms and Dads to cherish forever. Aren’t they just the sweetest?

Mom asked for shots with the tutus, which I was thrilled to do!

By the way, I got these delightful tutus and whimsical headbands (that have been in many recent shoots) from a fun little etsy shop called Paisley and Posies. The seller, Suzanne Williams, is wonderful, and super fast with orders! She even designed my daughter’s alligator birthday outfit seen a few weeks back on the blog, with a matching shirt for my son as well. The shop has many fun goodies and too cute accesories any little girl would be thrilled to have. So check her out! These tutus would make great birthday gifts, and they are very reasonably priced (my favorite part).

Anyway the sweet sisters definitely wore the tutus well, and all in all…another great morning well spent!

Enjoy the sneak…. 🙂

Well…if you haven’t noticed, I have a fresh new look!

I finally got around to having my own logo designed…and let me tell ya, it was so fun!

The funky, whimsical design that is now my trademark is courtesy of Lindsay Crain from Crain Design. We basically chatted a tiny bit and she was able to glean from my scatter brain thoughts this amazing logo that is PERFECT for me (would you believe a pair of Marlie’s toddler flip flops were part of the inspiration?)!

I love it, and am in the process of redoing my website and blog to match (will be a work in progress–just a warning). If you like what you see and you have a blog, site, etsy shop…whatever…contact her. She is super nice, super quick, and super talented!!

Thanks Lindsay!

Oh, and just so ya know, those are her beautiful girls under this post! It’s so great when two artists can swap services! Love that.

And it doesn’t hurt that we are both Lindsays! 🙂

Such sweet sisters….

I enjoyed meeting these two this morning and chasing them around our beautiful location! Mom was telling me how she visited the blog and thought my daughter is so photogenic, and my answer to that is…get a load of these two! The oldest gal was definitely working it….and I see that in little sis’s future someday too. It’s an “3 and over” kinda thing. 🙂 For now, just “being cute” is enough!

Our time was fun together…enjoy!

  • Lindsay - Lindsay, I am so impressed with what I am seeing so far!! I don’t know how you got these terrific photos from antsy little one!! You have such a talent!! Thank you so much!ReplyCancel

I met up with these two handsome little darlings this morning, and they were just that….darling!

The youngest guy, who is all of 8 months, was the most agreeable baby I think I have ever been around. His big brother showed me around their families AWESOME property (a kid’s dream–these two are super lucky), and we tried to capture sweet “brotherly love” at its best.

Mom and Dad were both super nice, and basically it was a fantastic was to spend my morning!

It was wonderful to meet you guys. Enjoy the sneak.

My favorite is the “hug your brother shot.” When they are this young, it basically looks like a choke hold!
