Lindsay Parks Photography » welcome

We’ve got cousins again!
Tis the season for photoshoots with extended family, and I love it.
These two Mommas are actually sister in laws, and I have photographed both of them before–but the connections weren’t from one seeing my pictures, and the other booking. It was completely unrelated, which is how crazy this town is!

I photographed little H (the one in the wagon) when he was a teeny tiny newborn back in December of 2009. My how he has grown, and his sweet big brother A too! This was my very first time photographing X (what a cutie). He was just a “twinkle in his Mom’s eye” when I photographed her 2 years ago with her family. It’s amazing the journeys life takes us on in such a short time–and I am thrilled to catch up with both of these special ladies and their adorable kiddos. My own kids are super close with their cousins, and that bond is pretty special. It was fun capturing the three together.

We had an awesome location just before sunset…an apple orchard!
Love, love, love the shots with the babies and their super fun and beautiful Mommies. So important for all those Moms out there to get IN FRONT of the camera lens. I finally did–and it was so rewarding so SEE myself with my children….there is NO better time than the present.

Thanks for a sticky and sweet evening…enjoy the sneak. You guys are great!

I’d be remiss not to mention–OF COURSE–15 comments right here get’s this familya FREE 5×7 print. Now get at it (pretty please?)!

Oh the joy of return clients. I am telling you–it doesn’t get any better. Litte Miss Bella is adorable as ever and growing up and into her name–beautiful! She never fails to bring the spunk to a session, and always smiles. Her little brother was a newborn the last time I got him in front of my lens. He is definitely following in big sis’s footsteps and just gettting cuter as he gets older. Still love his little chin…and adore the shot of him biting my crate–lol. He is soooo 9 months-ish old. 😉

Their mom is equally as great! She’s a long time supporter of my business, always takes the time to comment on the blog and follows me on facebook faithfully. For THAT, I am deeply appreciative. Plus, she’s fun and full of spunk too. Hmmm, maybe that’s where the kids get it from!

Enjoy the sneak peek. It’s the most rewarding thing documenting the lives of these little people. 🙂 They grow too fast.

Drop a comment for these two and their family gets a FREE 5×7 print. C’mon–let the love flowith over! THANKS!

What better gift than the gift of memories? Who doesn’t want to freeze time–just for a moment–to rememeber the sweetness of it all?

This session was a wonderful gift for the dad/grandfather of the bunch (proud and front and center of the family picture). It was a dream session! Everyone was on point, pleasant (this comment is really directed at those under the age of say–10), and fun! Again, I can’t help but gravitate to the adorable kiddos in the bunch, but really everyone was photogenic and fabulous!

It was so great to meet you. I am thrilled that your reschdule date due to rain turned out to be one of the most beautiful days of the season!!

Enjoy–and as always, 15 comments gets your gorgeous family a free 5×7 print! 🙂

This is a special family! Back in my good old days of teaching, I taught with one of the moms in these pics. We became instant friends and it has stayed that way….(Love ya Laur)!

Now, I have taken Laurie and the girls’ pics before, and I have also photographed her sister Meaghan and her family(that sweet little boy is hers)…but this time their parents were the center of the session. Well, kind of…I can’t help but obsess over the kids because that is where my heart is! What I mean is “Grandma,” as she is known by her sweet grandkids, retired last year. For a special gift, her office got together and gifted her a family session. Isn’t that awesome? We did all sorts of poses and family mixes…and I got a ton of great shots of this fun family. I am so happy with how they turned out, I decided to share a bunch today. This family means a lot to me–they deserve it!

I also have to share, I cannot get over the oldest young lady in these pictures, we’ll call her A. A was born the second year I taught with Laurie. Hard to believe that she is in second grade…and she is just beautiful. Time flies!!

You have a beautiful family, Nance! Can’t wait to share the rest of the pics with you!
