Lindsay Parks Photography » welcome

Nothing like the love between a child and their dog…even at this age! Little Miss M was enamoured by her furry counterpart, and the feeling was mutual. Isn’t is one of the sweetest things? They look so happy and content! Mom and Dad call him her “Big Brother.” I just love that. πŸ™‚

Anyway, we met up on a gorgeous late summer morning (yes, I said morning–I have been trying them out lately and they are not so bad–lol). The light was warm and lovely, I even got to open my lens up nice and wide for that 3rd shot, and I love how it turned out. The colors are so beautiful, and so is that little 9 month old darling! Aren’t her eyes gorgeous?

Anyway, it was great meeting you guys yesterday! Enjoy the sneak peek!
As always, if you like what you see, take a minute to leave a commnet after the pics. 15 of those gets little Miss M, her “big brother,” and their parents a free 5×7. πŸ˜‰

Yay for another sweet newborn of 2009 turning one!Β  Definitley becoming my favorite of sessions. I saw Miss E three times over the past year, and I think she got sweeter with each session.Β  Her big brother tagged along each time, and he grew up before my eyes as well! I am adoring the sweet shot of them together holding hands.Β  I know all too well how difficultΒ moments like that are to steal and freeze, so I relish in the capture! πŸ˜‰

Loved the location, the light, the evening, and the gal. She didn’t dissapoint…she and the camera were fast friends, as you can see. It loved her, and am always impressed when a one year old can “hang” for an evening session and bathe in that gorgeous sunset light.

Anyway, enjoy. I feel elated and sad all at the same time. Seeing these little ones more than once a year is a gift.Β  I hope Mom and Dad will still let me get my fix at least once a year from here on out…

If you think little E’s as adorable as I do, leave her some blog love.Β  Her family gets a 5×7 gift print if they can muster up 15 comments right here (after the pics)! THANKS!

Happy 1st birthday lovely Miss E!

Like I sad…what a cute little cupcake…

Another gorgeous day in Maryland! Still loving it….and loving another adorable repeat client, little Miss N.
I photographed her for the first time a little over 3 months ago and I was so excited when her mom contacted me after her first session for another mini session for N’s 1 year portraits.

She was a bit apprehensive the first time around back in May, but this session she shined! Of course she was equally as cute and photogenic both times, but she definitely gave me a lot of great eye contact at this mini session. She was so curious–about ME, and about everything around her. It is always sweet to watch the little one year olds just take in the world around them….literally. N definitley wanted to munch on some rocks and leaves-lol!

Anyway, thanks again for a great session. I LOVE, LOVE watching these munchkins grow up in front of my lens. Hands down my favorite part about what I do!!

Enjoy…comment away….she earned it! πŸ˜‰

This was a really cute little wishing well on the property where we took pictures.Β  I have SUCH a sweet one of her next to the whole thing, but on the blog, she was about the size of an ant-lol.Β  Seriously, it was huge compared to her, and it looked tiny before she stood next to it!

There is something for everyone…that I can promise! I am not even showing you all of the templates here….just some! For those of you REALLY looking to make a statement…this year I am ALSO offering beautiful tri-fold cards where you can showcase LOTS of pictures from your session. Look for those templates next week!

Those of you that just had sessions with me this summer might be wondering, “What about me?” Yes–you are included! We can easily create a card with images from a summer session….it’s a nice “one stop shop” with little to no work on your end. What’s not to love about that?

All colors and most text can be changed to suit your custom needs. These are two sided flat 5×7 cards (showcase those pictures on BOTH sides this year!) and they are printed on beautiful pearl or linen paper. The first set of 25 cards is 50 dollars, and each additional set of 25 cards goes for 30 dollars.

Just shoot me an email if you are interested, and if you have an upcoming session….time to get excited about your gorgeous holiday cards this year. πŸ™‚

  • Ashley - Love the “celebrate the season” one. I think I may be partial. LOL

Can’t wait to see the tri-fold. Also, what are the prices for cards.
Have you started booking mini-sessions for the holidays yet ?ReplyCancel

  • Sharon & Chuck - We think the pictures in the Sneak Peak of our blue eyed granddaughters are adorable. We can’t wait to see the rest…ReplyCancel

Well…it’s about time! Some cooler weather came through our way this weekend (perhaps Earl is to thank for that), just in time for a wonderful 3 day weekend. I mean, these two are wearing TIGHTS…yes, I said tights–and they were actually comfortable in them, not warm. It was even a bit chilly with the breeze (okay, okay I might have pushed it a bit there…).

So as you know, I just love return clients, and these two blue eyed cuties are just that! I photographed them a little over a year ago when their youngest gal was just about 9 months old. My has she changed, and what a sweet little disposition! Not dainty–all about the dirt–an explorer–(should have seen those white tights after the session) and a very CUTE one at that. Big sis is becoming, well, a girl…almost a little lady! She started kindergarten this week, and she wears it very well!

I am scaling down sneak peeks to 4 again. I know, I know–it was fun while it lasted, wasn’t it? should we call it a “summer thing?” A few reasons for this: I was giving so much away–where is the fun when the gallery is released?? Also, my fall session schedule is about to blow up. I am so busy these next few months….my blog won’t be able to handle all that action–lol. I know it will be hard for me to ONLY pick 4….but I can do it!

The free 5×7 print for clients who get 15 comments right here on their blog post is still “a go”–so go at it!!
These two are too stinking cute not too!
THANKS! πŸ™‚
