Lindsay Parks Photography » welcome

Time to bust out the seamless background for gool old’ indoor sessions. I have to admit–I was never a HUGE fan of this, but I really had fun today playing around with my kids! There’s still plenty of room to be creative and capture their little personalities…especially Miss 3 going on 13. Oy!

I am always up for taking pictures indoors where there is plenty of natural light–but in some cases the background in a home where that “beautiful” light is, isn’t necessairly portrait material. Enter the roll of paper!

Just some sampling of what can be done!

I am booking now for winter sessions, and already have quite a few spring sessions already on the books.

And as always…newborn sessions please contact me asap. I like to have a “rough” due date on the calendar and come out to see you during those first two weeks! 🙂

I have a brand new little guy tomorrow, but for now–enjoy some silly shots of the kiddos!

Blessings aplenty with this family.

A healthy new baby boy–check.
A handsome and helpful big brother–check.
A happy Mommy–check.
A Daddy home for the holidays–check.

Daddy is in the Navy, and is home for three weeks before he has to ship out again in January. What a wonderful family moment to come home to. I don’t think it gets any better than this!

I got the awesome job to capture these very special moments for this awesome family.
So many favorites, it was hard to choose, and I kind of went nuts with the sneak peek!

These pictures were done at the Mom’s parents home, and they had a spectacular, huge “sunroom” that was decorated all in pink and green! It was gorgeous.

Thanks for having me over….Merry Christmas!

Oh my, oh my…what a handsome handful of newborn baby goodness did I get to visit this morning.
What a little doll!!

He is adorable, and it’s all about his chin…what I like to call a “butt chin…” Pardon the expression, but I must have brought it up to the mom a gazillion times today. My dad had one, my oldest youngest brother has it–and I love it! I guess it’s dimple–or a “divet??” Whatever it is–it’s CUTE!!

Little man has a great two and a half year old big sis that I photographed this summer (you can see those pics here), and she is super excited about the new arrival! Lucky for us, Nana dropped by and played with her while little “L” had his photoshoot debut, but little “B” took some time off of playing to hold her baby brother and snuggle up for a few pictures together…so sweet.

This is a really great family, and I couldn’t feel more honred to do their new son’s first pics! I think I went a little overboard on the sneak peek, but I took a break from sessions this month, and I was really excited to edit these!

Thanks guys!!
