Lindsay Parks Photography » welcome

Just a quick note to let everyone know I will be “out of the office” until August 12th to spend time away with my hubby!
I will address any and all business needs as soon as I return…

…and because I just can’t post without a picture, this is sweet baby Charlie (almost 1) in her beautiful Christening gown.
Love, love, love.

Talk to you soon!

Anyone who knows this Momma knows how fitting that blog title truly is. The big sis in this new family, A, has always been referred too as “the princess,” and she has more than enough pink to prove it!! I have photographed her on many occasions, and it is always a pleasure (for me and my portfolio).

Enter…another Princess…and another A! She was sweet as can be and pretty much let me do my thing. Well, okay, she wasn’t thrilled with me moving and posing her, but she didn’t put up much of a fight either!

We even got Daddy in on the shoot today! Can you guess which picture is “his?” If you know him you can (pssst–it’s the very last one)! I seem to have a new found obsession with my old fruit crate these days…and A’s (yes–that’s two A’s plural) Daddy had a crate of his own…a bit smaller than mine, but she fit right in under a pretty willow tree. I love the shot we got, and am most happy to do something special for this now VERY outnumbered Dad! 😉

Mommy, your princesses are both beautiful and darling. Thanks for letting me spend this morning with you guys, and ….I guess that makes you Queen!!

Enjoy…xo!
And of course, if you read this little post–share some love with the T fam and comment here! 15 gets them a free 5×7….help them out!! Mommy comments on here a lot. THANKS!

Sweet…it describes these two perfectly. Two gorgeous kiddos on a hot summer night.
There was definitely and adorable admiration bewteen big brother and little sister.
It was cute and interesting to see a sibling duo the same age as my 2 kiddos, but in reverse.

As usual, little Miss J was all about the camera, the posing, …and the lollipop (like any girl would be)!!

Big brother took a little longer to warm up–but once we did even HE was enjoying the special attention a photohsoot brings.

I adore the shots of them, well, just being them. My favorite thing about an on location photoshoot is kids being kids. I love when my camera catches them in a tender or fun moment –like they forgot we were there.

Enjoy the sneak…great meeting you and your sweet family of four!!

If you like what you see…share a comment! If they get 15 comments here on the blog…I gift them a free 5×7 print from this session. THANKS! 🙂

My mom.
The BEST there is.
Known as “G-Mom” to my kiddos (chosen by G-Mom herself).
She’s cute, fun, and full of life–ready to have a good time.
My mom casually asked me if I’d take a recent picture of her to update her facebook page.
Of course, I agreed, but I don’t think she knew what was in store.
I don’t do snapshots–I do sessions. This was a mini mini session in my commons area after she came home from taking Marlie to church with her.

Yes, you will sit in the grass and look sassy! Marlie will attest… this is how it is done;)

Anyway, my dad passed away 6 years ago and she’s finally ready to get out there again.
We’d like to see her with a kind, loving, SAFE, handsome guy that also loves kids, and probably has some grandkids of his own. Email me your prospects (I am only half kidding)! She’s an incredible catch.

My mom is my world. I won’t entrust her to just anyone.

Sorry Mom–I don’t think you knew you’d be blogged…but you are just TOO cute not to.
Love ya!!

Remember this sweet couple I took maternity pictures for a few months ago?

Well, their precious baby girl came a few weeks early–and she couldn’t be more darling.
She was like putty in my hands, sleeping “like a baby” (ha ha), and pretty much just wonderful for her first photo shoot. Mom and Dad watched in awe…marveling over this amazing life they had created.

That little musical giraffe in the picture is special to this family because Mommy played it to baby K for weeks while she was in her tummy. Isn’t that adorable?

It was a perfect day, and so is she.
Welcome to the world sweet baby K.
Congratulations Mom and Dad…

Thanks for letting me capture these moments for you.
